Pharmageddon: Top Secret introduces 17 totally Top Secret, mostly made-up Drug Cards for your game of Pharmageddon: Bugs vs Drugs.

It includes:
– Real Drugs – remember Plazomicin?
– Fake Drugs – Bornultimatatumpenem, the last line in carbapenem defense
– Drugs of a Sort – Plasmodium vivax, maybe mosquitoes are the answer?

What does Top Secret add to the game?

Mostly whimsy and fun. Each player is allowed to select one Top Secret Drug Card for their hand at the beginning of the game. This persona wild card may help give new and inexperienced players the leg up they need to pull off an upset victory!
